Presence
I offer you my authentic presence. I bring my full self into our connection. Me, my intuition, my curiosity, my attention, my courage, my experience, my wisdom. And, my imperfections and quirks and growing edges. All of me invites all of you.
Partnership
Together we co-create a safe space to explore your inner world, get curious, and find your questions. What emerges from our partnership can be greater than anything either of us could have discovered alone. We can go as deep as you are willing to go.
Growth
Are you walking in shoes that are too small for your feet? Have your roots outgrown your pot? Are you living someone else’s life? Change is scary, but growth is worth it. And the alternative (not changing) can be much scarier.
Creativity
This life is a canvas, and all humans are capable of creating whatever the hell they want. What do you want to create? What do you wish to unleash upon the world? What are your gifts, and how can we free them?
Intuition
We are all in possession of our own deep and unknowable wisdom. Somewhere inside, we all know who we are and what we want. My answers will not be your answers, but I can guide you on your quest to find your own wisdom.
Light
Seriousness and playfulness can co-exist. I bring my light with me, wherever I go. What might happen if we could loosen our grip on our own suffering? How might we hold our pain and struggles with more lightness?
